This 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom property sleeps 30 people with the bedding consisting of 6 twin and 4 queen built in bunks, 2 double futons and 2 queen beds and 1 sofa sleeper.
One of the great attractions is the 2 bedroom apartment over the attached 2 car garage, this is a nice area for group leaders or couples needing more privacy.
There are 2 gas fireplaces, private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, VCR and DVD. The large kitchen has a nice island to make cooking a plesure! When you walk in this wonderful newer home you will amazed by the beauty of the hardwood and slate floors and wood accents. This is truly what you would expect of the perfect mountain home adventure!
This home is just 3 miles from the lifts at Winter Park!

Rental Policies
Typically there are 4 nts minimum stays during low season, 5 nts during high season and 7 nts during the Holidays. Check with us about "bending" these rules if you are booking last minute. We accept Checks, Visa, M/C and Amex. 50% deposit required to reserve the condo. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We recommend TravelGuard insurance to protect yourself in case of Acts of God out of your control and you need to cancel.
