Rental Policies
Holiday weeks and summer weeks are booked with a minimum of 7 nts and mainly Sat to Sat only. Other times of the year (low season) the minimum is 3-4 nts. We accept Checks, Visa, M/C and Amex. 50% deposit required to reserve the condo. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We recommend TravelGuard insurance to protect yourself in case of Acts of God out of your control and you need to cancel.
