First Floor: The first thing guests see upon entering is the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto the Atlantic Ocean. The two-story windows let in lots of light during the day, and help create a sense of drama to the elegant space. The dining room, to the left of the entryway, seats up to 8 guests comfortably at table, and is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen, which features lovely granite counters and a built-in breakfast table for 4, as well as a window seat looking out towards the ocean. A wet bar is between the kitchen and living area. To one side of the living room is the first floor Master suite, complete with a king bed, its own TV and DVD player, private bath, and access to the deck. On the other side of the kitchen is the second bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed. This bedroom also has its own TV and private bath, and beautiful ocean views.
