This second-floor unit is right by the jacuzzi, and just steps from the beautiful sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico - where you can parasail, jet ski, windsurf, and splash in the emerald green water. Parking is close to the steps to your door, so you don't have to carry your things across large parking lots or wait on elevators. This unit also has a balcony where you can watch the sun set on the beach.

Panama City Beach offers a variety of sea excursions including deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, and snorkeling.

Rental Policies

To hold reservations a $200 payment by charge card is required. We take Mchg/Visa or Amx. The $200 is applied to your total balance. The balance can be put on your card the day of arrival if you have not made arrangements to pay in advance. Arrangements must be made to pay in advance or the balance will be put on the card the day of arrival. To book a reservation you must be 25 years old or older. The person booking the reservation must be staying in the unit the entire stay.

The $200.00 required to hold the reservations will be applied to the total balance this is refundable if you cancell 21 days before arrival. The $200.00 is not guaranteed to be refundable if you cancell after the 21 days before arrival. The unit will be inspected upon check out for any damages. If any damages are noted we may charge up to $200.00 to your charge account and will notify you of the charges. For Spring Break we may charge up to $500.00. Spring Break goes up until June 3rd.
