Rental Rate Notes
Pets require an additional fee of $50 More than 4 persons require an additional $25 per personRental Policies
Security deposit of $100.00 required. Upon receipt of deposit your reservation is made and then the payment must be received 15 days prior to the rental period. When those two conditions have been met a key will be provided to you. Special Event weeks, i.e. Bike Week, Biketoberfest, 500 Week, Pepsi 400 Week, Spring Break will be priced at special rates. Please call or email for prices. In addition, pets require an additional $50.00 deposit. MC & VISA accepted NOTE: all rental require a cleaning fee of $30.00
Your request for a reservation will only become valid upon receipt of a $100.00 damage/guarantee. This deposit will be refunded to you after your stay, provided the property has not been damaged and all agreements are kept. MC and VISA accepted
Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
