The particular condo featured is a 1 bdrm loft with 19 foot high ceilings. This delightful condo is perfect for a couple that wants more elegant accomdations and spaciousness, but it can sleep up to 4 guests because the couches in the living room are wide enough to double as two twins beds! The floors are all Mahogony, kitchens with stainless appliances and gorgeous custom tile countertops throughout.
These Playa del Carmen Luxury condos were just completed in the Fall of 2003. The complex features a swimming pool, elevator and tropical gardens in a private courtyard setting. Located on 5th Avenue within walking distance to Playa’s fabulous restaurants and stores featuring handicrafts to upscale international boutiques.
Cobblestone streets, quiet and safe, only 2 blocks from one of the best beaches in Playa.
All units are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. Units have in-suite washer and dryers, cable TV and high-speed Internet data port.
Our reception office is open daily and for your security there is a night security guard. Maid service is twice a week. You may pay an additional for cleanings more often.
We have a total of 11 units, each one unique. The royal Palms Condominiums are available for rent year round. The minimum stay is one week.

No smoking permitted in condos.

50% deposit required with your reservation. We accept Visa, MC and Amex and checks (in advance). The balance of the reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival.
