Rental Rate Notes
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 3 Adults or 2 Adults with 2 small children.Rental Policies
No pets, no smoking inside house, 4 person maximum. Saturdays to Saturdays in the summer and 3 day minimum in the winter. Rates reflect a 3% discount for cash, check, or money order. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover accepted.
A deposit of $200 is required to secure selected dates. 50% of rental is due 60 days prior to arrival and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax is required by the City of San Diego for rentals of less than one month. Rentals run weekly in the summer from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. Master Card, Visa or Discover card required for Security Deposit.
If we receive notification of your cancellation at least 60 days prior to your arrival date, all deposits are refunded, less a $100 handling fee and credit card processing fees, if applicable. If notice is received less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be made only if the unit is re-rented. Refunds will be based on the percent of your reserved stay that is re-rented.
