Rental Policies
Minimum 3 night rental required. Payment & Cancellation Policies: 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel 30 days or more prior, payments (less $100) are refunded. Cancellation within 7 days will cause forfeiture of full rental payment. A cleaning fee of $125 is applicable to all rentals. Pool heating: The pool is naturally heated by the sun. In winter, however, you may prefer a higher temperature requiring the use of the gas heater. Because our rental rates are below market, a nominal fee of $15/day will apply to help defray the cost of the gas heater.
50% of rental expense and refundable damage deposit of $500 is payable upon confirmation
Deposit is refunable if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the original arrival date or if the house is re-rented for the period originally booked (less a $100 cancellation fee)
