Check out time - 12 noon (late check out on request) Check in time - 3pm (early check in on request) not allowed:- pets loud music / noise destruction of property/ contents / surroundings We welcome: suggestions on improvement of property and it's surroundings. Advise us when there is a problem with equipment. Dishes should be cleaned and put away on check out

To confirm reservations, 50% deposit is required by cashiers cheque within 2 weeks of making the reservation. Balance paid on check-in.

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival date during the period Nov. 1 -Apr. 14 Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival date during the period Apr. 15 - Oct. 31 Processing fee of $100 is deducted for all cancellations. Balance is refunded once reservation is cancelled outside of the cancellation period. If cancelled within the cancellation period, entire deposit is forfeited.
