For your enjoyment home is equipped with cable television, VCR with VHS Movie Tapes for the kids, and AMFM Clock radio. Home has a crib, high chair, portable infant bathing tub, telephone, microwave, toaster, hair dryers, automatic dishwasher, clothes washer dryer, iron, ironing board, mop, broom dust pan, coffeemaker, teapot, toaster, full size refrigerator wice maker, indoor and outdoor eatingdrinking utencils, pots pans, a first aid kit, flashlight, and much moreCome enjoy the comforts of our Florida Dinsey World Vacation Pool Home, with spacious yard areas surrounding home. Home is equipped with a user friendly Brinks Alarm Monitoring system, and Child Alarm Sound Device, on doors leading to patiolanai pool area. PatioLanai Pool area completely enclosed by screen for privacy, and to keep bugs out. Gas BBQ Grill, also located on patiolanai, for your enjoyment. Fun pool toys for the kids. Outside patio furniture consist of tables, chairs, loungingsun chairs. Emergency Safety Ring device for emergency only, located near pool.
Note: Sorry NO PETS allowed. Please NO Smoking allowed. No Smoking allowed inside home. Smoking permitted outside lanai/patio pool area only. No Guests Mail allowed at home. No mail is to be addressed to or recieved at rental property. Occasional mailings during your rental stay, is to be addressed to Management Company for delivery pick up. Local Management Company, will assist guest with Discount Theme Park Tickets, Discount Rental Car.
Home is located within the Greater Groves Development, off Us27. Disney World, take US27 South for 2 12 miles to Us192 exit. Us192 takes you directly to Disney World exit.
Golf, Amusement Rides, Dining, ShoppingMalls, and lots more entertainment on the way.
Recreation Area: Located at the entrance of the development; short walk from home. Includes a large community pool with sun chairs & tables, tennis/volleyball/basketball courts, large playing field, snack machines, bathrooms, and a Children's Playground !
Enjoy a quiet walk, or bike ride within the development. -
Optional Services for additional fee, include some of the following subject to 13 Tax. (w / Management)
A. POOL HEAT / Fee(s) & Deposit(s):
1) Pool Heat / Fee: $35 Per Day / 4 Day Minimum.
2) Pool Heat Deposit - For Monthly Rental(s): A Pool Heat Deposit of $500.00 - $750.00 is required for Monthly Rental(s). Payment to be collected by the Management Company, at time requested, during your stay. Payment to be made using major Credit Card(s). Pool Heat usage cost will be deducted from the deposit; AND Guest(s) are responsible to pay for additional usage cost, that exceed the deposit.
Pool Heat is not included in the rental(s). Pool Heat is only recommended for stays between Nov - Feb. Pool Heat can be added to your rental now; or can be arranged after arrival by calling the Management Office. Pool Depth: 3 Feet (+) to 6 Feet (+).
* USE OF POOL Cover - FOR Heated POOL Only:: Pool Heat Cover, is located at the pool/lanai area of home. Covering the pool can assist in keeping heat in pool, when not in use. Cover pool at Night during these cooler temperature(s), when not in use. Pool Heat Cover allows for additional $ $ $ Savings, to our Guest(s). Keep HEAT Inside Pool, by covering pool when not in use. _____________________
