Rental Policies
Rental application required, with credit/background check for primary renter. Deposit of 50% required at time of application to hold reservation, with balance plus $300 security deposit due one month prior to arrival. Renters and guests agree to abide by community standards, including no noise after 10:00 PM, parking only in reserved or visitor parking, etc.
Security deposit of $300 (refundable after departure)
Cancellation Refunds: Up to 30 days prior to arrival: 75% of monies paid Up to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of monies paid Up to 7 days prior to arrival: 25% of monies paid Less than 7 days prior to arrival: NO REFUND
