The home sleeps up to 12 comfortably, and is available for rent anytime during the year (subject only to existing reservations.) It is perfect for larger groups, particularly families and small conferences.

The Chalet is set on a private road with only a handful of other homes, yet is within 1 mile of most amenities. including golf, tennis, skiing and the Old Appalachian Trail. The large wooded lot provides plenty of privacy, plus a great place for little explorers to climb the natural rock formations surrounding the property.

In addition to the professionally decorated 4200 square-foot interior, the home boasts over 1,000 square feet of outdoor deck space, much of it set in the treetops. A 6-person hot-tub is also provided for year-round fun.

Other amenities include 2 large stone fireplaces, wet-bars on both upper and lower levels, an expansive dining room with seating for 12, large, well stocked chef's kitchen, a lower level conference/game room with 14 meeting chairs, high speed internet, driveway parking for 5 vehicles, and all the goodies you'd expect: cable TVs, DVD Player, Stereo. The home is completely stocked with towels, linens and cooking implements. It is professionally managed by the Wintergreen Resort, which provides a 24-hour full-service front desk.
