Description of the Property
Our home sets atop the Beech Mountain ski slopes! You can walk less than 100 yards and ski down any slope! At an alltitude of over 5700 feet the views are spectacular. The home has a large flat yard so the children can play freely without worry. The home features a large stone fireplace. natural cedar log mantel and gas logs. The dining room kitchen and living room all faces the Oz Run and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mtn sunsets. The large deck offers bearth taking views of the surrounding mountains. The master suite features a hewn log four poster queen bed and master bath with double sinks. The upstairs bedrooms consist of one with a king bed and one with a double and two bunks. The kitchen is fully equipped and we provide linens. The home is one of the highest east of the Mississippi. We hope you will find a stay at our home as enjoyable as we do.
On-Site Amenities
Enjoy breathtaking views from the large wrap around porch of our home. Hike the trails of nearby Grandfather Mountain. Visit the shops in Banner Elk and enjoy a wonderful meal at one of 8 resturants in town. Watch the magnificant sunset over the great smokey mountains and awake to the sunrise over the top of Beech mountain. A visit here is both relaxing and refreshing.

Rental Rate Notes
Tax Rate of 12% added to rates Holidays weeks require a 25% increase in rates. Stays less than 7 days require a $100 cleaning fee. $350.00 security/damage deposit is required at time of booking along with 1/2 the rental rate. No refunds within 45 days of arrival.Rental Policies
