The Evergreen is a beautifully decorated 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhome. With 2400 sq ft of space this townhome sleeps 10 and can fit a very large family or two smaller families.
The bed cofiguration is as follows: there is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, 2 twins in the third and a set of bunk beds (twin/double) in the fourth bedroom.
The living room has a gas fireplace, a TV/VCR/DVD/stereo with a CD player, and a ceiling fan. There is a great balcony off the dining room with terrific views of the mountain. The master bedroom has a TV, a gas fireplace and a very cute balcony. The master bath features a double vanity, large walk-in closet and a corner jacuzzi tub.
Other amenities include a laundry room with new appliances and a large one-car garage. This property was built in 1997 and offers a small swimming pool and a large hot tub for the complex. For the avid skier, the slopes are only a short walk away.
The rates shown here represent the 4-bedroom, 4-bath unit. We also rent a 3-bedroom and 3-bedroom + den unit. Be sure to ask us about those properties when you call or write!
