A 300 security damage deposit is required when you arrive.And the day of you departure, inspection will be maid ,and deposit return if inspecction is ok.

In the event of cancellation after a deposit has been received, if notice is received at least 45 days prior to travel date, the deposit will be refunded less a 200 us facilitating fee. If notice is received less than 45 days prior to travel date, total rent fee may be forfeited. Security fee will be refunded in event of cancellation. Refunds shall be limited to fund paid directly to Casa Mariposa, All cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to the above address. No refunds will be made for unused accommodations or services. Any exceptions to this policy shall be arranged in writing at time of reservation.
