One bedroom (with a single bed & bunk-with twin on the top/full on the bottom), a full bath, living room (with futon), dining room, and full kitchen (completely equipped) on Main Floor. Two bedrooms (one with queen bed, the other with two queens) and a full bath on Upstairs Level. Recreation Room (with a new foosball table, air hockey table, darts, lots of books/games/toys/videos, and sofa bed) and new laundry room on Lower Level. Horseshoe Pits were recently added in the yard.

We Just Added Horseshoe Pits In The Yard For Summer Use. We Also Have Foosball, Air Hockey, Darts, Approx. 40 Board Games, Approx. 40 Videos, Toys, Sleds. A new Hot Tub was installed in Jan. '07. There are 2 TVs & a Stereo Systems. The Phone Has An Answering Machine. The Laundry Room Is New & Has A New Large-Capacity Washer & Dryer. Everything In The Kitchen is New & It Is Completely Equipped For Any Kind Of Cooking.

"Stay 6 Nights & The 7th Is Free (not available during Christmas & New Year's week)!" Don't forget to ask about "Last-Minute Discounts"! A 50% deposit is required to make your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept either MasterCard or Visa. Our tax rate is 5.78%. There is a one-time cleaning charge of $150. There is a $175 Large Group Fee for groups over 8. We only accept monthly rentals in off-season.Rental Policies
