Payment: 50% at time of booking, balance due 14 days before arrival. Deposit: $500.00 security deposit against damages and theft. Refundable within 14 days after checkout. Check In/out: Check in by 3 PM. Check out by 11 AM, except by special arrangement. Cleaning provided for additional charge, when rented by the week or longer. Refunds Cancellation: refund less 20% before 30 days, less 50% between 29 and 7 days, less 100% if less than 7 days.
