Villa Fantasia is a professionally decorated and landscaped, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, model home, just 2 miles from Disney's door. Enjoy your own in ground heated pool, hot tub, and loaded, air conditioned, game room. It has lush landscaping, on a quiet street. Our home was the model for the Oak Isand Cove development it has too many upgrades to mention. Just be assured that you will be staying in one of the best landscaped and decorated homes next to Disney. The pool and deck area is fully screened. It features an in ground heated pool, a 5 person hot tub, 4 loungers, outdoor dining for 10, and a propane BBQ grill. The lanai is accessed from 2 different sliding glass doors. Villa Fantasia has 4 bedrooms. 2 Master bedrooms, each with king sized bed, private bath, and cable TV. 2 bedrooms, each with twin beds, cable TV, Playstation2 and a VCR. These 2 bedrooms share a bath. There is a hair, blow dryer in each bathroom. There also is a crib, high chair and stroller available at no charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, pots, pans, dishware, glassware, tableware, utensils, and a side by side refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser. There is also a full size washer and dryer, and an iron, with ironing board, in the laundry room. The living room has a 27 inch TV, with cable, DVD player, VCR, and a Sony Playstation2. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa. All your bath and pool towels, and linens are provided. For your security, there is an alarm system, and a wall safe for your valuables. There also is an intercom system with a radio, and a cassette player, that can be piped in throughout the house, and the lanai area. Fantasia's fully finished, air conditioned, game room is incredible! It has an 8 foot commercial billiards table, a top of the line foosball table, an electronic dart board, Vegas style Poker Chips with playing cards, chess, checkers, backgammon set, a TV, a stereo, with CD and cassette players, a futon, and a computer with free, "High Speed" internet access at no charge. That's right, no charge! So you can check your email, find discount tickets, make dinner reservations, or get directions, it's on us. Whether it's raining outside, or if you are back from a long day at the attractions, you can play to your hearts content in your own private, air conditioned game room. No other rental home can offer all that Villa Fantasia does. Every convenience has been thought of, and is at your fingertips. Adults, teenagers, or children, one family or two, this home accommodates everyone. Villa Fantasia is located in Oak Island Cove, Kissimmee, Florida. Oak Island is actually 2 quiet residential developments, that are situated just 5 minutes away from Disney. Oak Island Harbor and Cove communities are exclusive developments situated with lush green walks, ponds lined with reeds, and visited by white Herons and Egrets. Oak Island Cove is located off Hwy 192 West at Mile Marker 4 - approximately 2 1/4 miles from the Disney theme parks. Perfectly situated less than 2 minutes from the Formosa Gardens Shopping Center, with its' great restaurants, shopping, or 24 grocery store. Your never far from a great night out, or a midnight snack.

Your comfort is our only goal. Our fully screened pool and deck area offer you privacy and comfort. We have a free standing, 5 person hot tub and a gas BBQ Grill. Our gameroom is second to none. It is not a garage with a pool table in it. It is a fully finished air conditioned room with top of the line pool and fooz ball tables. There is no extra charge for the computer with "High Speed" internet access, the BBQ Grill, the hot tub, the crib, stroller or the high chair. Our home is designed for your comfort, it is not an art gallery . It is for you to relax and enjoy your vacation. All of our previous guests have been completely satisfied. So will you.

*Balance is due 60 days in advance. Any stay less than 6 nights will incur a $75 house cleaning fee. *Florida Sales and Guest Tax 13%. *$20 a day pool heat rate. *Vacation Insurance is Highly Recommended. *$250 security deposit required, refunded 10 days after keys are returned, and home is checked for damage. *If Credit Card is used for Payment, security deposit is not required. *We accept credit cards, payment by check, or money order. *Please plan and book early to guarantee the exact dates you desire.
$300 deposit required 90 days in advance to hold reservation.
*Deposit is Non-Refundable. *Once Balance is paid, it is Non-Refundable if cancelled within 60 days of check-in.
