This fully staffed 4 bedroom home with pool on two secluded acres of beautiful grounds is situated in the best location on Jamaica's North Shore. The villa is located in the Spring Farm section of the Rose Hall Plantation 8 miles east of Montego Bay.

Relax on the terrace by the private pool and enjoy the ocean view or use complimentary passes to beach clubs. A live in staff is included and they will cater to all your needs: a cook, maid, and houseman are there to serve you.

Skylark overlooks the Half Moon Hotel and Half Moon Bay and is near a new Ritz Carlton Holel in a prestige resort area. It is convenient to the airport and many beaches. Nearby are several championship golf courses.

On-Site Amenities

The staff at the villa will prepare and serve you all your meals, serve you drinks by the pool, make your beds and do your laundry. Unlike villas on some other islands, you will not need to do any housework!

The three bedrooms have ceiling fans and are air conditioned. There are two ceiling fans in the Living Room.

There are TV's in every bedroom.

Wirelees Internet is provided free.

Vonage Internet Phone Service at Skylark provides guests with free calling to the US and to several foreign countries.

Rental Policies

The house can easily accommodate 8 adults and 2 children using cots or cribs. A new Master Bedroom has twin Queen Beds. In the other 3 bedrooms, beds can be made up as twins or kings. Ideal for both family groups or honeymoon couples. Rates are quoted for 1, 2, 3, 4 or bedrooms. A rental deposit of 20 % of the rental rate with the balance due 3 weeks before the rental Half the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation at least 30 days before the rental date.
