Description of the Property
Our condo is located in Northstar-at-Tahoe, a world-class year-round destination resort with a beautiful new village and skating rink. Our 2 bedroom/2bath condo with loft is nicely furnished with historic prints and native art. With large windows revealing the pine trees, our condo invites the solitude of the woods. A full-size kitchen is fully equipped and linens (bedsheets and towels) are provided. The shuttle stop is located just outside the door. You also have homeowner's privileges which gives you access to the Recreation and Fitness Center, with gamerooms, pools, jacuzzis, saunas, masseuse (extra cost) and state-of-the-art fitness center.
Northstar-at-Tahoe is a world class ski resort with over 2400 acres of skiable terrain, 70 ski trails, 17 lifts, high-powered quads, 7 terrain parks (superpipe meets world-class specifications) designed by Chris "Gunny" Gunnerson, tubing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling and a Paws Park for kids.

Northstar-at-Tahoe is located 6 miles between Lake Tahoe and the historic town of Truckee. Northstar village offers restaurants, retail, and ski/board rentals. It is well-known for its friendly staff with excellent ski lessons at all levels. Summertime is also a treat with golf, tennis, horseback riding, mountain biking, ropes course, climbing wall, hiking and more. Truckee is a western-style shopper's paradise with unsual boutiques. At one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, Lake Tahoe offers year-round activities/entertainment such as beaches, boating, gambling, concerts, visual and performing arts, shopping, etc. In the region there is also mountain climbing, rafting, rodeos, rib cook-offs, car shows and much more.
A security deposit of $150 and 50% of the rental fee is due upon reservation. The balance of the rental fee and a 10% county rental tax is due two weeks prior to arrival.
