Reservation Deposit is required with reservation: 20% or $200 whichever higher.
With online reservation over a secure line thru the web site, the customer is offered a cancellation insurance as an option. Reservation Deposit is not refundable. Full reservation amount becomes non refundable 30 days prior to arrival. Full amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.
