Great little " Key west style" cottage! Walk to the mid-island area beach only 100 yards away. Shopping, dining and beach activites are close by. It's the best value you will find on the island. Privacy and more. Backyard has concrete brick patio deck with table and chairs, grilling and cookouts in your backyard! Updated and cute as can be interior with a seaside beach theme.
Cottage consists of 2 small bedrooms, and 1 bath. Large kitchen, also washer and dryer. This cottage is one of the first built on the island in the 1920's and has been remodeled often over the last 10 years. You'll love it! Great vacation place, yet very affordable rates by the week.
