Hilton Head Island is the location for this spacious and luxurious rental home within minutes of the beach, golf and tennis in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head's most prestigious gated community. The quiet street ends in a cul de sac. The large living room has a cathedral ceilingwith glass doors that open to a large back deck which overlooks the heatable pool, garden and dock on the Palmetto Dunes 11 mile lagoon system. Adjacent to the living room is a sunny glass lined den which also opens to the back deck. A queen sleeper is in the den. There is a large dining room which is joined to a screened in porch. Two charming bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There are 2 full baths on the 1st floor, both of which have bars in the showers. There are 2 master bedrooms on the 2nd floor, each reached by their own staircase. One bedroom has a king bed, the other a queen. One bedroom suite has a large bathroom lined by windows and skylights as well as a separate shower and jacuzzi. The second bedroom on the 2nd floor has cathedral ceilings and bathroom with a skylight. The upstairs hallway has an alcove with large windows and a queen sleeper. The kitchen is large and well equipped. There are TV's and DVD's in each of the 4 bedrooms plus a surround sound DVD system in the den. Hi-speed Wireless Cable Internet access is installed and ready to use. We welcome you to relax and enjoy our Palmetto Dunes Resort, Hilton Head Island vacation home.

We are a short walk to one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL, WIDE, WHITE-SAND BEACHES ON HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Our house is on a lovely, quiet street which ends is a cul de sac with little car traffic... perfect. The back yard has spectacular views of the lagoon with benches on a FISHING dock from which you can VIEW THE MAGNIFICANT CRANES, HERONS, AND EGRETS. Kayaks and canoes are available for rent. There is 1 hour a day of COMPLIMENTARY TENNIS at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, one of the top 3 rated tennis centers in the country. There are 5 TV's and DVD's in each of the bedrooms plus a true SURROUND SOUND system in the den. The house is equipped with WIRELESS, HIGH-SPEED, CABLE INTERNET

Palmetto Dunes has been rated the #1 family resort in the US. Savannah, GA is an easy 45 minutes away and Charleston is 1 1/2 hours away.

Long term winter rentals are available at a discounted rate. Discounts available for rentals of 2 weeks or longer.
One half of total is due upon booking. The other half is due 2 months prior to arrival.
No refunds in the 2 months prior to arrival. We are sorry but we cannot be in a situation where we turn down multiple requests for your week and then end up with no renter for that week. Please purchase trip insurance on your own if cancellation is an issue.
