This beautiful 2level home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms,consisting of 1 Master bedroom with en suite bathroom complete with a roman bath tub,walk-in shower,his-n-hers vanity units and separate toilet area.This room also has a TV. 2nd room has a full size bed,walk-in closets and ample space. The other two bedrooms have 2 twin size beds in each room which share the 2nd bathroom. The family room has a queen size sofa bed,you can enjoy watching a large TV,DVD,plus a wonderful view of our 28'x15 size pool.After a long day take a cool swim. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave,large cooker,dishwasher and large freezer. All cutlery,kitchen utensils,glasses and pans are provided.All linens and towels as well.There is a utlility area with washing machine,dryer,ironing board and iron. You can have wonderful dinners in the dining room and then relax in the formal livingroom. Enjoy our home away from home with beautiful bright mornings and breathtaking evenings.

Rental Policies
No pets allowed Cancellations and Refunds:Cancellations at least 60 days before arrival-Refund of the initial deposit minus $50 handling charge.Cancellations within 30-60 of arrival-forfeit of deposit money unless a subsequent booking is received to replace your original dates.If a subsequent booking is received,then a refund of the deposit money less the $50 handling charge will be given. Cancellations of 7-30 days prior to arrival- A 50% refund unless a subsequent booking is received. If a subsequent booking is received,then a refund of the full amount minus a $50 handling charge will be given. Cancellations within 7 days-No refund deposits: $300 deosit required to secure reservation Balance of the reservation is due four weeks prior to arrival date. If reservation is made inside of four weeks,entire payment is due at time of reservation.
