Rental Rate Notes
Rates are subject to 7% Maine Lodging tax. Complimentary lobster dinner for 4 with bookings of 2 consecutive weeks or more (some restrictions may apply-inquire for details).Rental Policies
Rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time is 3 PM and departure time is 10 AM.
Security deposit is $350 plus $50/pet (if applicable). Fifty percent of full amount due is required at reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are refunded within 30 days of departure subject to satisfactory inspection by owner or management.
Reservation deposits are gladly refunded if the week is rented to another party.
