This is a new cabin located in Big Bear Lake built in 2003 with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The large family room, kitchen and dining are on the top floor, with view of the forest and mountains. The cabin includes all new furnishings with kitchen that comes fully equipped. The bedrooms are on the first floor, sleeps 6 comfortably (per city code).
Walk to Lake, Holloway's Marina docks and forest, Big Bear Village and snow play at Alpine Village. Short drive to both ski areas, Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Resorts. Village, Restaurants and shopping are nearby.

Rental Policies
March 20 - Nov. 19: Sunday -> Thursday $180.00, Fridays and Saturdays $200.00, 2 day minimum stay. Holidays: (Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor day) $230.00 and up, 3 and 4 day minimum stay. Nov. 20 - March 19: Sunday -> Thursday starting @ $230.00, Fridays and Saturdays $275.00, 2 day minimum stay. Winter Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years): Starting @ $300.00, 4 and 5 day minimum stay. Rates are subject to change, email us to verefy current rates and availavility.
Deposit Policy: A $250.00 refundable deposit is required. All deposits are due within 7 days of booking. The total balance must be received 30 days prior to your arrival.
