Three Palms Villa

Sunlit days and star filled nights await you at this luxurious, yet affordable, oceanfront villa with pool.

Our view is "180 degrees of pure paradise". One of our guests creatively coined this phrase! Other's have described our view merely as "unbelievable, breathtaking, incredible, spectacular, awe-inspiring, surely the best in 3,000 miles." We are perched on the rugged coastline of St. Thomas, only 100 feet above sea level. The sounds of the waves, lapping against the gigantic boulders below, provide relaxing background music. Unwind in our cliffside swimming pool, crafted around one of the boulders, and enjoy the unobstructed views out through the Sir Francis Drake channel, with the numerous British Virgin Islands in site. You'll discover ample opportunity for watching the parade of sailboats and yachts that glide by, or catching a glimpse of the occasional whale during their springtime migration, birds diving below for their lunch, or a sea turtle surfacing for a bit of air. Star gazing at night is just as gratifying, with shooting stars guaranteed.

Just like a favorite pair of jeans, we're a place that you'll feel most comfortable and welcome in. The villa sits under a massive banyan tree, surrounded by native greenery, giving it an almost magical appeal as you enter the property from the driveway. We're decorated in a casually comfortable, yet elegantly refined, Caribbean style: A place where you can feel at home and relax into island living. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and utensil you'll need to craft a fantastic family dinner (or let one of our private chefs come and entertain you). Your rental includes all bathroom amenities, bath towels, hairdryers, beach towels, sheets, etc. All you need to bring is yourself, a swimsuit, and your food for the week, which can even be pre-delivered! As guests have noted: "Our snorkeling, shopping and golf was fun, but getting back to the Three Palms was the best part of the day . The care and attention that you put into your guests far exceeded our expectations."

Magens Bay Beach is just a short two mile drive from the villa. Magen's is ranked as one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world by National Geographic. Magen's is perfect for family gatherings, with very little surf, wonderful soft white sand, trees for shade, and picnic benches for dining. There is also a water sports center, as well as restaurant and bar, at the beach.

Peterborg Point, where the villa is located, is a very safe and prestigious neighborhood, and is enjoyed by many fitness buffs for AM and PM walking and jogging. Our gated community of Red Rock has approximately 25, well spaced, home-sites and lots. Three Palms sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, and offers a very secluded feel, yet we are centrally located and about a 15 minute drive to most areas of interest, including the airport, Charlotte Amalie, Red Hook and the ferry docks.
