Rental Rate Notes
Please inquire about rates for stays shorter than 28 days in length.Rental Policies
Minimum 1 month rental. Higher rental rates do apply should stay be less than 1 month in length, and for additional nights. Please inquire via email for rental rates on stays shorter than 1 month. The rental policies are as follows: 50% of rental rate, plus $500 security deposit due upon booking Remainder of rental rate plus $150 cleaning fee due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If booking 30 days or less in advance, all fees due upon booking. Please call with other questions.
There is a $500 security deposit on the property. It is fully refundable within 30 days of departure following damage inspection. In addition, there is a $150 cleaning fee. Please call with other questions.
Security deposit, plus 10% of gross rental rate becomes non-refundable if reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Entire rental fee, minus security deposit, will be refunded if reservations cancelled more than 31 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be refunded ONLY if property is re-rented to another party. Please call with other questions.
