Enjoy walking, jogging, skating & bicycling throughout the neighborhood with it's charming white picket fences and pastel cottage homes. Come home and relax on the oversized covered porches with fans that surround the house and enjoy the beach breezes. Believe it or not.in the Summer, you can listen for the music of the ice cream truck! Just a 2 minute walk to rent bikes for the family, get a cup of fresh coffee, purchase a book at Barnes & Noble and eat a wonderful meal at Tony's Italian Restaurant. This fantastic 1900 sq ft home has 3 Bedrooms and three baths. All bedrooms have french doors that open to the upstairs porch! The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and oversized shower. Relax in the jacuzzi.and look up at the beautiful Italian chandelier!There is also a sitting room with a small game table for checkers, etc! On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area with granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances. a large living area with fireplace and french doors that open to the porches, a full bath and laundry room. There are also built in bookcases on the first and second floor with a great selection for your reading enjoyment! After a relaxing day at the beach, you can wash off at the outdoor shower. Rental Policies

We accept personal checks and cash. Add 10% Florida Tax to all rental fees. We require a $500 reservation deposit applied toward rent. There is a refundable (after inspection) $500 Damage Deposit.There is a separate $125 cleaning fee and a $100 non-refundable pet deposit. Holiday & Spring Break rates may vary. Adults and Families preferred. We love Snowbirds! Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
