Description of villa - 120 sqm in two floors - Sleeps up to 8 people - 3 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with queen size beds each - 1 bedroom with two single beds (can be combined) - 1 loft room with queen size sofabed - 3 bathrooms (1bath, 2 showers) - On the lower floor there are three bedrooms equipped with A/C - On the main floor is the living room, kitchen and guest bathroom - Overlooking the living room there is a study/guest room also equipped with A/C - Balcony overlloking gorgeous sunset - Private garden - Private pool with deck - Access to private sandy beach (100m) - BBQ - Functional fireplace - Fully equipped kitchen (incl. washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, espresso machine, etc.) - Parking on premises - Located 3km from Hora (main town of Mykonos) - 0.5km from Ornos town (bakery, supermarket, restaurants and bars)
We supply all linens, maid service (once week). Superintend on the premises everyday of the week.

4 months prior to start date the full deposit is refunded. Up to 1 month cancellation, 50% of deposit will be refunded. Thereafter no refunds
