We are the owners of a historic farmhouse dating back to the 1400s, built on Colle Giorgio, a hill just outside Perugia. Located in open countryside, but a mere stone's throw from the historic centre of the city, it was converted into a family villa in the 1970s. During 2001-2002, the building has once again been refurbished and remodelled into three sumptious apartments, which are intended for families wishing to spend brief holiday periods in Umbria. The beautiful Perugia town is near to the small but enchanted of :Assisi,Todi,Spello,Gubbio,Orvieto,Spoleto,Umbertide,Montone. By car Rome is far only one hour and half ; Florence two hour .
Villa Nuba is the only luxury residence in Perugia in the countryside with apartments and flasts rental at walking distance to the medieval center of Perugia as to the Universitą per Stranieri that's the most prestigoius university to study the italian language in Italy.

Situated in the centre of the Italian peninsula, the region of Umbria is traditionally considered the green heart of Italy. Equally delighful is a visit to the ancient city of Perugia, the regional capital, to wander its narrow, winding medieval streets. Built on the crest of a hill at an elevation of 493 metres, your gateway to the city will be the magnificent Etruscan Arch, still perfectly intact.
A memorable experience can also be enjoyed in the dark, mysterious passageways of the old underground quarter, which run under the fortress at La Rocca Paolina, commissioned by Pope Paul III and built by Antonio da Sangallo the Younger in 1549.
