There is dining for four and a kitchen set for four as well. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two nightstands, and a dresser with TV. Guest room has two twin beds, nightstand and dresser with TV.

For your comfort there are ceiling fans in the living room, lanai and two bedrooms. For your convenience there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Also a reserved covered parking space and a secured storage room near the elevator are included.

The private 18 hole, championship, Lewis/Azinger Signature Golf Course is a members only course that challenges all levels of play. There is a fully-equipped pro shop, driving range, practice sand bunkers and putting green. For a modest transfer fee, renters are entitled to FREE green fees - May through December and $35.00 - January through April, as well as use of all clubhouse amenities.
