Rental Policies
Deposit and Payment Policy: Twenty-five percent (25%) of the total cost of rental is due within 5 working days of booking. The balance of payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival are subject to full payment. Cancellations: Reservation cancellations made prior to 90 days of arrival will forfeit one night's rental cost. Cancellations made between 60 and 90 days of arrival will forfeit full deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will forfeit all payments.
