Our screened-in porch has a wonderful view of Wilson pond, a pristine lake. The cottage has its own dock which gives access to the lake. This is for the exclusive use of the cottage tenants. Birdwatching is a popular pastime. The cry of the loons will lull you to sleep.

Shopping, restaurants,and a wonderful summer theater are all within a ten minute drive. This home may be reached through Portland International or Augusta Airport. Car rentals available at both.

Summer theatre (at Monmouth) is ten minutes away.There is a local historic museum in Monmouth and the Augusta State Museum is fifteen minutes away.Within an hour's drive you can be at the ocean,beaches and such towns as Camden, Wiscasset,Rockland and any number of coastal villages. Short cruises into the Atlantic Ocean are also available. Antiquing in Maine is fun and very popular.

Rental Policies

Security deposit of $200. First week's rent due by May 1 to hold your reservation.Balance of rent and security deposit due upon arrival. Deposit refundable after tenant vacates and after inspection. Half the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. In case of cancellation at least 30 days before the reserved date,deposit will be refunded only if the cottage is rented for the same time period.
