Short cruises into the Atlantic Ocean are also available. Antiquing in Maine is fun and very popular.

Rental Policies
Security deposit of $200. First week's rent due by May 1 to hold your reservation.Balance of rent and security deposit due upon arrival.
Deposit refundable after tenant vacates and after inspection. Half the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. In case of cancellation at least 30 days before the reserved date,deposit will be refunded only if the cottage is rented for the same time period.
