Rental Policies
NOTE: The rates for guests are negotiable depending upon the total number of occupants. We desire to focus upon meeting the needs for families. NO SMOKING OR DRINKING ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMDOMINIUM. Security deposit is required for all reservations. Deposits are fully refundable if there are NO damages to the unit. DEPOSITS WITH PERSONAL CHECKS ARE DUE AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY. Repairs or cleaning over the amount of the deposit will be charged to the renter. FALL AND WINTER DEPOSITS: They will range between $500.00 to $1000.00 depending on number of occupants and length of stay . SPRING AND SUMMER DEPOSITS: They range between $250.00 to $500.00 depending on number of occupants and length of stay. NO TEENAGERS ARE ALLOWED WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION.
