Description of the Property

Are you looking for a home away from home, located on the beautiful Marco Island in South West Florida, then look no further! Come and enjoy our part of paradise, here you will be able to enjoy the wonderful warmth of the Gulf Coast, and the great lifestyle that this part of Florida has to offer, together with the famous Marco Beach. The public access point to the beach is only a ten minute walk away, and there you can enjoy the large crescent beach, wonderful shelling, the usual beach activities, and marvellous sunsets. As well as enjoying the beach, you can hire boats to explore the inland waterways of the island, or you can be adventurous and sail into the Gulf! There is fishing, and several golf courses in the area, together with the excellent shopping in nearby Naples and the surrounding areas. After all this activity, you can wind down with a chilled beer or cocktail (whichever your preference is), by our pool, and decide which of the 80 or more restaurants on the island to visit that evening, or will it be some fresh seafood cooked on our gas grill?

Our home is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, fully air-conditioned house, with solar heated pool, and double garage. There are 3 TV's (all with cable), 2 VCR's, a DVD, and CD player with ipod dock (with a selection of CD's , videos & DVD's provided), 1 CD clock/radio plus 2 clock/radios. Hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms.

There is a cellphone for use during your stay, but this is for local calls only.

The rear of the house is entirely private, and surrounded by Palm trees, and benefits from a Western exposure, and lots of sunshine. The lanai is equipped with a table to seat 6, together with 2 loungers and 2 further chairs. There is an insect misting system fitted called "Mistaway", which helps keep mosquitos and other flying insects under control.

In addition to being very convenient for the beach, we are also less than 5 minutes walk to 10 places to eat / bars, a movie theater, and a shopping mall.
