Greetings,

Thank you for your interest in our resort rentals at Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, one of Panama City Beach's most convenient and affordable locations. Our comfortable 2 bedroom and 2-1/2 bath townhouses are available for rent for 7 days or nightly with a 5 night minimum. A short walk through the complex brings you to the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, named one of the top U.S. beaches on the Travel Channel. The resort features a clubhouse with pool, snack bar, and bathrooms right on the beach for your use. The units also have direct access to a pool right out your backdoor along with community restrooms.

Bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds and the living room is equipped with pull out sofa which will accomodate one additional person. Each bedroom is furnished with new Serta Banner Select Mattresses. Our rule is no more than four adults and one child in each unit, no exceptions. If this rule is violated you will be charged an additional $50.00 per night.

Fully equipped with all the appliances you have at home to include a full size washer and dryer located inside the units. The kitchens are equipped with full size refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishware, silverware, and pots and pans. There is sufficient bedding and towels for use inside the unit. Please bring your own sheets & towels for pool & beach use.

St. Andrews State Recreation Area, voted the best beach in the U.S. in 1995 is located a few miles away. Take the water taxi to Shell Island and you'll think you are on a Caribbean Island. Grayton State Recreation Area and St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, voted best beaches in 1994 and 2002 respectfully, are located within 50 miles of Panama City Beach. No wonder Panama City Beach is called "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches".

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is conviently located behind Edgewater Shopping Center and across the street from Panama City Beach Brewery, between Front and Middle Beach Rds. Salty's Bar & Grill is located three buildings from our clubhouse on the beach and Holiday Inn Sun Spree Resort is located five buildings down from the clubhouse. The Resort offers the most amenities on Panama City Beach, especially for the vacationing family. It features 11 pools, four lighted tennis courts, a nine hole putt putt golf course and numerous shuffle board courts, including two behind our property in addition to the club house on Panama City Beach.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season. Summer rates are $850.00 weekly plus a $70.00 cleaning fee. Daily rentals are $120 a night, but a four-night minimum is required. Rates include a 10.5% sales tax. A $300 deposit is required to hold your dates and serves as your damage deposit. To keep the cleaning fee at a reasonable rate there are some minor duties required by the occupants prior to departure. Small pets are acceptable for an additional $50.
