Description of the Property
We own a beautifully decorated 1 BR villa overlooking the pool at the East Beach Tennis Center.Our villa is very spacious with a vaulted ceiling in the living room. There is new carpet and ceramic tile throughout the villa. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, as well as a sitting area. There is a comfortable queen-size sleep-sofa bed in the living room with two sliding doors that open to a screened in porch- that offers a beautiful view of the pool. Our rates include full resort privleges, including free use of the resort pools, access to the fitness center, and free door to door van service on the island. We are a short walk to Kiawah's pristine Beach. We are 200 yards from the newly built , five star, luxury oceanfront hotel "The Sanctuary". Our villa is also near the new Turtle Pont Clubhouse and instruction center.

Rental Policies
We ask for a a $400.00 deposit for all reservations. The remainder is due 3 weeks before your scheduled stay. We accept personal checks and money orders.
If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled stay, you will receive a 100% refund on your deposit. After that, if we can re-rent the villa for the same period ad for at least the same price, you will receive a full refund.
