Rates are based on 2 adults. A $10.00 additional charge per night per additional guest. 11.42% tax and a refundable security/damage deposit of $250.00. 50% deposit to hold reservation and balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: If you cancel 30 days or more from arrival a full refund. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival there is NO REFUND but a credit is given for a future visit based on availability.
