Rental Policies
Rental rates are in accordance with the Town of Canmore by-law. Please contact us for more information.
A deposit of $600.00 and 25% of rental fee is requested upon reservation. The deposit amount is for damage/cancellation. The full $600.00 will be refunded 1 week after departure ensuring no damage or loss to Alpine Serenity. All prices are quoted in US dollars.
Any reservation cancelled 60 days prior to check in will result in forfeiture of $200.00 of the $600.00 deposit. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days prior to check in will forfeit the entire $600.00 deposit.
