Our exclusive use full sun deck is as good as it gets. Above and slightly away from the crowd enjoy the sights and sounds of the bech without intrusion from busy Boardwalk.
Just bring your clothes, camera and pick up food if you want to cook. Order food in or step out for a bite, walk, ride a bike or drive to any of a wide variety of eateries.
Beach and city venues galore all with easy access. Yes, we include reserved parking for your vehicle.

Activities and Attractions
We are so close to the ocean that you can feel the ocean breezes, watch the action on the boardwalk, play volleyball and of course, surf and swim with year-round lifeguards! Sunbathe on your full sun deck or on the sand by the water. Watch boats using the channel into Mission Bay and then out to open ocean. Flat water swim, diving, kyaking and sailing are 8 houses away. SeaWorld is just across the bridge.
This is a family oriented recreation area. Use our beach bikes to cruise the 10.5 miles of paths along the water. Bring your boards and blades for beach style living with spirit.

Rental Rate Notes
"Early Bird Discounts" for reservations made before January 30. Ask about "Fill-in Discounts" for cancellations. SUMMER WEEKLY ONLY Policy changed: Now accepting mid-week 5 night minimum in summer.ONLY between Saturday after 2 pm with Saturday check-out 10 am. "Lock in" current rates on repeat rental for nexr year. $50 "finder's fee" for referred and booked new guests. Must give your name and e-mail when booking.Rental Policies
Due to slow economy our usual rates have been lowered, but will be honored if you book now for next year when things get better. Our usual $1650 + tax per week lowered to $1450 + tax. Mid-week bookings now available between 2 pm Saturday through 10 am Saturday. 6 nights is now $225 + tax per night 5 nights is now $230 + tax per night 4 nights is now $235 +aax per night We still maintain a 4 person maximum in summer and 2 person maximum for more than 2 week stays. A $300 deposit reserves the apartment and acts as a refundable security/damage deposit during your stay. Visa and Master charge now accepted for deposits and rent.
If cancelling more than 60 days in advance of scheduled date, we will gladly refund all but a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations 60-14 days in advance of scheduled arrival date we will retain $100. Cancellations less than 14 days no refund. If we are able to re-rent the apartment at full rate for your scheduled arrival date we will return all but $50. $5 fee Visa or Master Card charges for each transaction.

There is also a non-coin washer/dryer in this kitchen.
Bedroom has queen bed and lots of room this side for chair, single roll away and child's Pack n Play.There is screened door access to deck.
Look above the volleyball courts to see the boats in the Mission Bay Channel entrance.
