Description of the Property
Our Cayman Breeze Luxury Oceanfront Condo is located in the laid back Cayman Kai area on Grand Cayman. The Cayman Breeze Condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath direct oceanfront condo, 2nd floor private corner unit overlooking the beach and caribbean sea.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath, with the 2nd bedroom having 2 twins that can be set up as a king; also with a private bath.
The living and dining area have vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans throughout the condo. The living area and two bedrooms open out to a large screened lanai with oceanfront views. A 2 person hammock and BBQ grill are on the lanai.
The condo has central AC, Cable TV, DVD, CD Stereo, fully equipped kitchen and large freshwater pool on-site. There are 10 units in our North Pointe complex, making for a quiet and quaint setting.
We have a wide large, sandy beach with miles of active coral reefs in 5 - 25 feet of water right off the beach.
World class dive operations are 2-10 minutes away, and a variety of excellent restaurants are also located in the Cayman Kai - Rum Point area.
We offer car rentals that include airport pickup, grocery stop and transfer to Cayman Breeze, where your car is waiting; plus airport return. We also work with discount air brokers for reduced airfare.

We process 50% of the rental at the time of reservations, with the balance due on arrival. We accept VISA, MasterCard and checks. A 10% government tax applies to all rentals.
