This home is in the Indian Wells subdivision. It is located between 535 and 192. Polynesian Isle Blvd runs through the center of the neighborhood. A Super Walmart open 24 hrs a day that contains a supermarket is less than a 1/4 of a mile from the house. Hwy192 has shopping and many restaurants and is less than a 1/4 of a mile from the house.
Our property manager is Welcome Homes. They have an office located very close to the house in the Walmart shopping center. If you have any concerns, you can call them 24 hours a day and they will address them immediately. Not all houses have this kind of support for their tenants.
The pictures on this web site of the house are recent. Everything in the house is brand new. Enjoy a vacation at a beautiful home with a private heated in-ground pool. This home has a large living room/dining room area and an eat-in kitchen. It has a 2-car garage. The bedrooms are located down the hall for added privacy.
You can see the Epcot fireworks from in front of the house. This vacation home has quick access to the Hwy 535, Osceola Parkway, Hwy 536, International Drive, Hwy 417 and Interstate 4 at the North end. While at the South end, easy access to US Hwy 192, Old Town and of course Walt Disney World.

All stays less than 6 days are subject to a cleaning fee. Sorry no pets. Pool Heating will be determined at time of request. Full Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Please add 13% Florida Lodging tax to rental fee.
25% of Rental Charge Down Payment to reserve your stay. $250 Refundable Security Deposit
No refund on deposit if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the reservation date.
