"Panoramic Heights" is a one-of-a-kind Sedona experience. This wonderful vacation home embodies the spirit of this region with its contemporary southwest design, and Native American décor and art.
The home was custom built by local builder Aspen Rien in 1998, and has been newly furnished and decorated into an elegant southwestern retreat. It is a spacious 3000 square feet, with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, accommodating 8-10 people.
Walls of windows line the living room, den, and master bedrooms, with commanding views to the north and west of famous Sedona red rock formations, such as Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock, Capitol Butte, Coffee Pot Rock, and Soldier's Pass. This large home has 11-foot ceilings, built-in shelving, and a fireplace. The great room has interconnected living room, dining area, kitchen, and den, all with excellent views.
The home is perfect for family gatherings, or an intimate retreat for two.
We just bought and installed a new hot tub and gazebo for soaking under the stars after a long day of hiking or sightseeing.
The gourmet kitchen is lined with lovely tile, is fully-equipped, and has top-of-the-line appliances including a Sub Zero refridgerator.
The luxurious master suite has an oversized walk-in closet, huge bathroom with exquisite tile, jetted tub and separate large shower. This room has a King sized bed.
The Master suite opens to a covered patio, with outstanding red rock views, lovely Mexican leather furniture, and a chiminea.
The guest wing has two large bedrooms (with one Queen, and two twin beds), and an additional one and a half baths.
The fourth bedroom/den, has a day bed and trundle, and a Queen sleeper sofa accommodates an additional two guests.
Sedona is home of some of the most inspirational and breathtaking landscapes in the world. This "Red Rock Country" is visited by visitors from around the world for its amazing scenery, outdoor activities, gourmet dining and world-class shopping.

Huge windows and a covered front patio afford some of the best unobstructed views of red rock formations in Sedona! (such as Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, and Chimney Rock). Master bathroom has oversize (fits two adults) jetted tub, in addition to our outdoor hot tub. Walk to one of the most stunning overlooks in Sedona (also a vortex site), and hiking trails (and short drive to others). The home was newly decorated, with custom painting indoors, new tile, and carpet, in the past few months (all furniture and decor are southwest/native American style).

Activities and Attractions
Hiking and sightseeing in gorgeous red rock country within walking distance, or a short (several minute) drive from the home. Jeep tours, archaeological tours of cliff dwellings, hot air balloon rides, helicopter rides, are all within minutes drive. Excellent restaurants and numerous galleries nearby.

Rental Policies
No pets or smoking allowed, due to owner's severe allergies. 50% of rent due at time of reservation to hold reservation. Other 50% due 30 days prior to check-in. All rentals require a $175 cleaning fee. Security Deposit (refundable) of $500. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will be refunded only if the home is rented again for the same time period.
