This luxurious villa is located on the Sanctuary at West Haven, a gated community, just ten minutes from Disney World, two minutes from Champions Gate Golf Course, and near all the major attractions. It offers four bedrooms/en-suite masters, three bathrooms, and a 30'x 15' heated pool with spa. This brand new luxury vacation home has been professionally furnished throughout to the very highest standards, and is beautifully decorated. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities. We have even upgraded all the mattresses to guarantee a good night's sleep.
There is a screened, private, heated pool and spa with a safety fence for your peace of mind. The stunning pool and the extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house builder in the region.
Our vacation home is fully licensed by the state of Florida. We use a highly recommended management company with friendly, 24-hour support for our guests.
This quiet, peaceful, and spacious villa can accommodate any family size up to ten people. Guests will enjoy the luxury of two master ensuite bedrooms -one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. There are two twin beds in each of the remaining two bedrooms.
Amenities include High Speed Cable Internet, cable TV and telephones, one queen-size sofa bed in the family room, bed linens and towels, a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, cable TV, a DVD, hi-fi a VCR, a PlaysStation 2, a small selection of games, movies, and books in the living area, a separate dining area and breakfast nook in the fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ Grill, patio furniture, and a highchair, cot, and stroller.
The long distance calls to all states in US, to Canada, Mexico, UK and all Western Europe countries are free and unlimited.

Rental Policies
Pool heat is available at an extra cost of $140 per week. A departure cleaning charge of $100 will be charged if your stay is 5 days or less. All prices quote are for the villa regardless of people staying up to 10. $300 Security despoit required upon booking. State and Local Tax: 12%
