Rental Policies
During winter season (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr), we can only accept 2 WEEK MINIMUM rentals. We will DISCOUNT JANUARY! During the summer (May, Jun, July, Aug), we have some 1 week rentals available, but prefer 2 weeks. During the fall (Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec) we may have discounted weeks available. Sorry but we cannot accept "Weekend" short term rentals at any time.
