Rental Policies
1. A $200.00 security/damage deposit is required to reserve the condo. 2. This is a NO SMOKING unit. If there is evidence of smoking, the deposit wil not be returned. 3. The cleaning fee is $50.00 and taxes are 10%. Rates will be slightly higher during holiday periods. 4. Full payment is expected by 2 weeks prior to check-in. 5. We reserve the right during peak seasons to require a minimum stay.
