Casa Carmella is our newest listing on the beach in Playacar Phase I, just steps to Playa del Carmen. The home is luxurious with marble floors, countertops, full kitchen and air conditioning.
The outdoor area sits out over the beach at a higher level so it protects your privacy from passersby and offers an abundance of lounge chairs surrounding the private pool and jacuzzi. Bask in the sun on the decik of your private vacation paradise and you will never want to leave!
Casa Carmella is just a 10 minute walk to the ferry dock and all of the restaurants and shops in Playa del Carmen and sits next to several other homes that we rent out also. We can probably accomodate parties/groups up to 40 people and you would be within a 1-2 minute walk from eachother's homes. Please if you do plan a large reunion or gathering give us at least 4-6 months to help you with the planning of your accomodations to ensure that all the best properties that are in close proximity to eachother are available.
