The house was built in 1924 but it was completely remodeled throughout in 2000. It has central airconditioning, a gourmet kitchen, natural stone bathrooms, hardwood floors, 3 Sony televisions, Dvd/vcr, Bose stereo throughout, high speed internet and a wireless computer network.

The house is over 4000 square feet with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, study, living room, and a childrens recreation room. The outside includes a large patio and well landscaped gardens in front and rear. In October 2006 we installed central airconditioning to provide additonal comfort during the summer months.

Coronado has an excellent tennis center, an 18-hole golf course and a new community center with swimming pools that are open to the public

Rental Policies
My wife and I divide the year between our homes in Coronado and in the wine country of Sonoma so we are offering our Coronado home to guests during those periods when we are not in residence. To insure that the grounds and the interior are kept to a high standard we employ a gardener and a maid cleaning service.
Our minimal rental is for a one week period. Rentals during the summer months have longer minimum periods of two weeks (June, July and August). A security deposit is required with the reservation, with the rent due 45 days prior to occupancy. We require a $1000 security deposit for a one week rental and $2,000 security deposit for a monthly rental. There is a $150 one-time cleaning fee for weekly rentals, which is taken from the security deposit.
