Description of the Property
These oceanfront villas are located inside the premises of the Rio Mar Beach & Golf Club, a Wyndham Grand Resort (former Westin Rio Mar), and are located about 30 feet away from the beach and about 50 feet away from the main hotel.
The Ocean Villas are located in a small 5 story building, which houses 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas. You can rent any combination of villas that you wish. All the villas are identically furnished and all face the ocean. The villas are privately-owned.
These beachfront villas were designed by the world-famous architects of Sierra Cardona Ferrer, exquisitely appointed with fine furnishings designed with comfort and sophistication in mind. The spacious living and dining areas are professionally decorated within casually elegant furniture, terra-cotta tile floors, crown moldings and equipped with an entertainment center with Am/fm stereo, CD player, 27" TV with cable and VCR or DVD.
The bedrooms boast luxurious heavenly beds with pillow-top mattress and comforter, spacious closets and an entertainment center with Am/fm stereo, CD player, 27" TV with cable and VCR or DVD.
European-style cabinets adorn the designer kitchen graced with granite countertops and appliances, including refrigerator, electric range with oven, coffeemaker and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, flatware and cookware.
Guests will spend a great deal of time on the furnished oceanfront balcony offering spectacular views of the sea.
The villas have three beachfront pools, baby pool, adult's lap pool, and a infinity pool with a shallow edge which is great for children. The villas building also have a gourmet restaurant and bar. The Ocean Villas grounds have beautiful lush tropical gardens.
The resort offers many activities for the family to enjoy which include a full service spa, 11 restaurants, two 18-hole golf courses, 13 har-Tru courts operated by Peter Burwash International, bicycle trails, scuba diving, sailing/rentals, plenty of water sports, hiking, casino, bar/cocktail lounge, live entertainment, beauty salon, complete fitness center, business center, concierge, Shopping boutiques, laundry, babysitting referral, kid's club program, children's pool, playground area and arcade/game room.
Nearby, you'll find vcr/dvd rentals, a large and modern grocery store, drug store and wonderful local dining.

Villas are reserved with a deposit payment equal to 40% of the total rent. Difference is due 15 days prior to arrival at the villa. The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the Company will levy the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on the booking confirmation): Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date: 20% forfeiture Between 15 and 60 days prior to arrival date: 40% forfeiture Less than 15 days prior to the arrival date: 100% forfeiture A $300 damage deposit required upon arrival.
